The Customer Success team is looking for a Training Specialist to join the Training/Advisory services group. We are looking for an individual who has a passion to work with customers and will go above and beyond to assist customers.This position will be responsible for providing Vena product training and advisory services to clients and supporting the Customer Success Team in the development of training materials and processes. You will also assist in identifying and prioritizing the needs of the educational services team and partnering with internal and external resources to implement the training programs within Vena Solutions.
