Training Specialist

The Customer Success team is looking for a Training Specialist to join the Training/Advisory services group. We are looking for an individual who has a passion to work with customers and will go above and beyond to assist customers.This position will be responsible for providing Vena product training and advisory services to clients and supporting the Customer Success Team in the development of training materials and processes. You will also assist in identifying and prioritizing the needs of the educational services team and partnering with internal and external resources to implement the training programs within Vena Solutions. 

 

 

What you will do

  • Provide onsite and remote training to customers within diverse industries
  • Create, revise, and edit high quality training materials, including short educational videos, to use in Vena Onsite and Vena Cloud training sessions
  • Provide product training to internal teams, partner organizations, and other individuals as required
  • Support training initiatives and implementation through sharing best practices across the team for continuous development
  • Utilize principles of instructional design, technology, and learning theory to design the curriculum, learning tools, or other instructional resources
  • Provide Advisory consulting services to customers and partners
  • Assist with current Vena user guide updates and all other collateral which will be produced by the Customer Success team
  • Assist the Customer Success team in updating the Knowledge Base, library of resources, and online educational materials

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 3-5 years of experience in training/consulting, preferably in Corporate Performance Management
  • Excited by a position that requires frequent travel (50% - 75%)
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and/or equivalent experience 
  • Able to apply learning theories to classroom situations
  • Exceptional presentation skills using a variety of technologies
  • You are strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • You proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside proficiency leading WebEx meetings
  • You have Financial services industry experience
