Regional Sales Manager - Financial or Manufacturing Verticals

An exciting role has been created for a new business sales professional joining the enterprise sales team in Toronto. The roles will be targeting the North American Financial Services or Manufacturing vertical and will focus on driving expansion in the North American market. This is an outstanding career option for a business professional looking to further their career in a fast paced dynamic environment. 
 
Your impact:
To exceed quarterly / annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Vena Solutions into enterprise accounts within the Financial Services or Manufacturing verticals.
 
What you will do

  • You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  • By executing thorough customer discovery and research, you will formalize a Go To Market strategy and create qualified target account list
  • You will drive pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Vena Solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners etc
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years of professional services experience within a Big 5 management consulting firm 
  • Experience selling to the Financial Services Sector or the Manufacturing Sector
  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer
  • CMA/CPA, Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Business/engineering is a nice to have
